I'm looking forward to this. Are you?

Although, it is sure to be sad: a sad book, and sad that it's over. If you are so inclined, please signify in the comments what persuasion you are regarding Snape: good or evil?

{Other books I hope to read this summer, all of which I'm halfway through: Isaac Jordan, The Red Tent, Word Freak, Life of Pi, Book of Mormon, The Tipping Point, Escape Into Darkness and Brainiac. Also, New Moon, but I haven't started that one yet. Finish what you start, Em, finish what you start.}

I also can not wait but will be sad as well that there will not be another to anxiously await. Snape, given his actions in the last book would seem to be evil. However Ms. Rowlings always seems to have a trick up her sleeve, so I dare not choose. Jesse will side on the side of evil remarking Snape has been evil all along. Jesse feels no one ever listens to Harry who has claimed Snape to be evil from the beginning. He feels it is like a Ben Stiller movie and needs to be over all ready, just show the guys true colors.

I still need to finish Book 4. (I started it about 5 years ago.)

I know, I'm so counterculture.

Word, Abby. Dumbledore believed in him.

I have absolutely agreed from the beginning (and still do) that since Dumbledore trusted Snape implicitly, I have to think that Snape must be good, even though it would seem otherwise. But appearances can be deceiving. I also will be sad to have the series end.

I enjoyed Life of Pi. I also liked New Moon, even though some people told me they didn't. Can't wait for Eclipse.

I have such a hard time remembering everything from the books and movies, they seem to escape me so easily. That's not to say I'm not going to read the last book and see the new movie, though.

Snape is good???

Snape is not evil. There are many clues leading to this theory from book 3 on. I only know this because a lovely 50 year-old woman who stipples my quilts for me spent over an hour one day explaining it all to me. She was, by far, the most intense H.P. fan I have ever encountered. (she also had a LOT of free time on her hands.)

If Snape is good enough for Dumbledore he's good enough for me.
I'm a member of Dumbledore's army. Snape's good.
