What do you think of the frames I found at the school rummage sale for $.25? I think they're rad.

I would probably respond with a "Really?" with a sugary smile, and then follow that up with an overly exuberant "So fun!" But really I would be thinking that back in the day when I sold frames to people I told them that a major rule of non-sunglass frames is to not have it go above your eyebrows - but styles change and I am out of the fashion world so to you my friend I say: "So fun!!"

Who will be the first to call me a liberal?

On health care reform: I like change. I think HCR has the opportunity to do a lot of good for a lot of people who are otherwise suffering. I'm pro- trying something new to see if it makes things better. If it doesn't make things better, there's always another solution down the road. I'm happy that Obama has done something he set forth to do. I'd like for him to have a successful presidency; I'm pulling for him for that. Success is obviously subjective, but I think it's the hardest job in the universe, and why not offer a little support where I can?
